Files may be added to any module and photos may be captured on the handheld devices.

The system validates uploaded documents to eliminate duplication and advise of conflicting names or content.

The system stores documents in a non-hierarchical structure so the documents may be presented in a way that suits multiple purposes and users: e.g. by location, by status, by source, by type or any combination of these.
